Paxful has one of the best 24/7 customer support teams.

You can get in touch with us through our contact form. 


When you use the contact form, we’ll first ask you to give us a quick overview of your issue or question. The form will then give you a few articles to check out from our Help Center to see if they answer your question. If those articles don’t capture what you’re looking for, you can submit a ticket.
There are a few different ways you can get in touch with our support team:

Desktop or web view

1. On any page of our website in the bottom right corner, locate and click the Contact Us widget.


Contact Paxful form appears.

2. Tell us a bit about the question or issue you have.


3. From there, the contact form will suggest a few Help Center articles for you to check out to see if those answer your question.


4. If the articles suggested don’t capture what you’re looking for, you can submit a ticket. Select Get in touch and then Leave a message.



5. From there, you can fill out the form to let us know more about your issue. Once you’re done, hit Send.


Mobile app

To access the contact form on the mobile app:

1. Log in to your Paxful Mobile Wallet account, click Account.


Account page appears.

2. In the Other section, click Contact support.


What happened to the
We've now migrated to a new system which means we won't be responding to emails from anymore. Moving forward, the contact form will be the best way to get a hold of us. When you create a support ticket, you will now be corresponding with an email address from
